About this property

Cosy chalet-style apartment with pool at the foot of the slopes and panoramic vi

Welcome to our home!
Our apartment has been completely renovated with noble materials and will make your stay pleasant:
comfortable for 4 persons, we have equipped it for the useful side with 6 beds and a very good bedding.
It is composed of a bedroom with a double bed (140 cm) and a large closet, a "mountain corner" with two folding bunk beds, a bathroom with a large Italian shower, separate toilet, a kitchen/living room with a convertible sofa (140 cm).
Ideal for children since we are on the ground floor, from this pleasant living room, you have access to the terrace and the pool area in summer.
As for the equipment, we wanted it to be practical "like home" with a large refrigerator, a dishwasher and a washing machine.
For your small dishes, a multifunction microwave oven, two induction plates, a fondue and raclette set.
Our apartment is equipped with wifi, board games...and a Nescafé coffee machine.
We hope to have done what is necessary for you to spend a pleasant moment with us.

Welcome to our home!
Our choice to become owner of this apartment was guided by several criteria:
- The proximity of the slopes
- The state of maintenance of the residence
- The magnificent panoramic view
- The calmness
- The swimming pool area in summer
- Access to the center of Pralognan on foot to take full advantage of the shops and the pleasant atmosphere of the bars and restaurants.
Then we renovated it completely (end of work mid-January 2022) from floor to ceiling with craftsmen and in particular a local carpenter who brought out the warm side

Appartement lumineux très bien équipé rénové au top, station familiale

Nous avons apprécié la bonne neige, la proximité immédiate du départ et retour à ski dans un appartement complètement rénové style montagne, très chaleureux, en rez de jardin idéal aussi pour l'été avec accès direct à la piscine chauffée, le tout dans une station familiale idéale aussi pour les innombrables randonnées dans dans le Parc de la Vanoise. Le TOP!

Séjour très agréable à Pralognan

L'appartement de Nathalie et Laurent est très bien rénové et décoré, dans une ambiance chaleureuse. Les équipements sont très complets (lave-vaisselle, grille-pain, lave-linge, Nespresso,...) et de qualité. L'appartement est situé à 10 minutes à pieds du centre du village, avec une très jolie vue, et à quelques dizaines de mètres des pistes. Mention spéciale pour le casiers à skis sécurisé!
