Belle ville, logement pas bien

Vacances agréables, mais appartement sale, literie sale, pas d'oreillers (nuls), 3e etages sans ascenseur qui correspondent à plus de 5 etages. Pas de chambre mais une mezzanine où on ne tient pas debout avec un escalier raide et sans balustre. Pas aux normes. Pas d'interphone, obligé de descendre pour ouvrir à quelqu'un.

Centre ville, très calme

Le logement est très vaste, attirant et très calme. On n'entend rien avec le double vitrage, et peu de bruit fenêtre ouverte. Nous n'avons pas utilisé le parking privé distant de 600 m, trouvant des places au grand parking à 600 m, puis dans la rue, la samedi soir, pour libérer la place le dimanche, jour de marché aux puces.

L'appartement est situé au 3ème étage sans ascenseur, immeuble ancien , 90 marchés pénibles. L'intérieur de l'appartement aurait été agréable mais il y faisait très chaud, pas de volet. La chasse d'eau ne fonctionnait pas,grosse fuite au lavabo, problèmes non résolus lors de notre séjour bien que signalés le premier jour. Mario le "plombier," n'a rien pu faire ! Un peu désinvolte !ainsi que la personne chargée de l'état des lieux avant notre départ,il est arrivé avec env 30mn de retard ! Dommage cet appartement pourrait être agréable.

Bien

Appartement jolie et fonctionnel. Gros problème pour l accès et le parking souterrain qui et à 800 m à pieds. Problème également qu il n'a pas de climatisation dans l'appartement. Très chaud invivable la journée si pas les ventilateurs.
