Holiday Rental in Sète: Charming, modern, high-standard apartment. 3 rooms. 68m² on the ground floor of a recent building. Beaches 750m away, shops 100m away with a bakery at the foot of the building. 2 bedrooms (one with a queen-size bed, wardrobe and chest of drawers, the other with two twin beds and a closet). Terrace of approximately 9.10m². Living room with corner sofa, TV (110cm flat screen and DVD player with a selection of DVDs available for use), table, chairs and sideboard; open-plan fitted kitchen with 3-burner induction hob, mini-oven, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer; separate WC; bathroom (bathtub, vanity unit). Two underground parking spaces (2) included, numbers 202 and 203, and a bicycle storage area in the building. Alarm system with remote monitoring. You will be charmed! Pets not allowed. Late arrival possible: €50 (please contact us for details). 3-star rated apartment.

Très bel appartement, spacieux, très propre,très lumineux

L état de l appartement est parfait. Malheureusement pendant la période où nous y sommes allés l ascenseur était en panne. Il faut obligatoirement se garer dans le parking souterrain et il nous a fallu monter les 32 marches pour arriver dans notre appartement en rez de chaussée. Il est impossible de se garer près de l immeuble. La voie d accès est interdite. Avec les bagages et les coursses c est très compliqué !....
