Air-conditioned apartment located on the first floor of the "Le Prado" residence. It was completely redone in June 2017, in a modern and functional style. Parking is free and closed by an automatic gate.
The neighborhood is quiet and we have all the small shops necessary within 100 m: bakeries, pastry shops, grocery stores, pharmacy, tobacco shop, and one of the 3 best manufacturers of sielle tielle. The city center is 10 minutes on foot, the tourist area and all its restaurants 15 minutes on foot. The main arteries are very close, which allows you to go to the beach in 10 minutes by car.

Die Wohnung ist für ein Ferienapartment überdurchschnittlich komplett ausgestattet. Toilettenpapier, Handtücher, Spülmaschinentabs, Gewürze, Öl, Handtücher, aber auch Spiele, Infos zur Stadt - alles vorhanden. Darüber hinaus ist Laurent ein sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der sich viel Mühe gibt, seine Gäste in allem zufrieden zu stellen. Einziger Wermutstropfen: es ist eine etwas triste Lage innerhalb von Sète - aber man läuft nur eine Viertelstunde bis zum Stadtzentrum.

Nous étions un groupe de 6 adolescents et nous avons logé dans cette location pendant une semaine. Tous s'est extrêmement bien passé, l appartement est confortable, pratique dans son organisation marqué par une pièce centrale, grande à l échelle de l appartement, qui relie la cuisine et le salon, la location est en bonne état et bien équipé. Le propriétaire est professionnel et agréable. La location est bien situé dans Sète juste à côté du port de plaisance et du centre ville. La plage était loin pour nous qui n avions pas de moyen de locomotion (3km environ) mais tres bien desservie par les bus. Je ne peux que recommander cette habitation pour les petits groupes et les familles avec budget moyen.

Logement très beau, propre avec toutes les commodités à proximité. Le logement refait à neuf est bien agréable.
