Arranged across three floors the property has a ground floor bedroom and wet room, a further two bedrooms on the first floor and a bathroom with a bath and a separate shower cubicle on the second floor. Stylishly furnished and boasting feature spiral staircases you are sure to fall in love with this quirky property, which really is quite the find.
Sheringham itself is a firm favourite amongst locals because it offers a lovely beach, an indoor swimming pool, a unique high street, which is just packed with small local businesses, a celebrated golf course with stunning sea views and heritage and mainline railway stations. Here also lies Sheringham Park with its 1,000 acres of wildlife walks, a must for anyone who loves to get close to nature. In fact, this whole area offers natural sites including RSPB Cley Marshes, Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and the famous Norfolk Broads, which lie just 40 minutes away by car or on the train. The train will also take you to Cromer where you can stroll along the Edwardian promenade and explore the famous pier. And it will also lead you further afield, into the Medieval city of Norwich with its Norman Castle, numerous museums, theatres, galleries and great shopping opportunities including its award winning open-air market and the boutique Lanes. Those visiting out of season will be delighted to find themselves close to the Thursford Collection with its Christmas Spectacular and Santa’s Magical Journey. History buffs will enjoy days out at the Muckleburgh Collection and the Blickling, Holkham, Houghton and Sandringham Estates and can even pop in to one of Sheringham’s own little museums. And of course, coast lovers will be spoilt for choice too as they can either stay put and enjoy Sheringham beach or explore the numerous salt and clay marshes, shingle and sand beaches and picturesque quays. All of which provide the perfect backdrop for those all-important insta posts! Then return to Fisherman’s Cottage for a lovely night sleep and to recharge your batteries ready for your next adventures. Beach 50 yards. Pub and restaurant 100 yards.
