The Space:

The Villa is on two levels and fully air-conditioned. On the main level, the living room with a view of the pool, the ocean and access to the terrace with deckchairs consists of two rusty sofas with rust cushions and white and beige striped plaids, a light wood coffee table, a flat screen high definition television with American satellite and Apple TV, Ipod docking station, CD and DVD player. A dining area open to the American kitchen consists of a glass table with four chairs. It has an ocean view, the white kitchen is elegant and well-equipped with a breakfast bar and three stools.



On the same floor you will find a nice terrace with deckchairs around the swimming pool with steps, then to the right you have a dining table with six chairs which can also be used as a dining room under the covered terrace, all this while admiring the superb 180° view of the tropical environment, the ocean, the port of Gustavia and the hills.



Access to the two bedrooms, located on the lower floor of the property, is from the inside. The master bedroom with access to the shaded terrace overlooking the garden and the ocean. It has a king size bed with white and green cushions, two bedside tables with lamps, a cupboard with mirror and an adjoining marble bathroom with double basin and a shower, the toilets are separate. The second bedroom also offers access to the shaded terrace with a view of the garden and the ocean. It includes two twin beds convertible into a king size bed with white and khaki cushions, two bedside tables with lamps, a wardrobe with mirror and an adjoining marble bathroom with double basin and a shower, the toilets are separate.



The Villa provides a gas barbecue for your barbecue evenings and WIFI.
