Perfectly situated, Ingledene is not far from many beautiful beaches, great adventurous walks in the New Forest or the Purbecks. Unsuitable for us as mum has mobility issues and it listed as being disabled friendly and no shower downstairs Couldn’t let children play outside on own as sheer drop to one side of garden Stone steps not fenced off and decking area couldn’t use as handrails not stable and open to stone steps This property should not be let to elderly disabled or families with children It accident waiting to happen There was no gate to front either so open to road Glass and screws in stoned area We were told to keep noise down which is fair but then told neighbours are noisey and not to disturb them There was a tv however couldn’t use as you needed your own Netflix iPlayer etc Very disappointing all round I think you should check the listing before advertising as this was very very misleading We would never recommend this property to anyone Quite frankly it dangerous and we had to spend extra money taking children out because garden too dangerous for them to play in

In our description we declare that the house is partially disability friendly, VRBO displayed it otherwise. It has a bedroom, toilet and sink on the ground floor alongside the living room, dining room and kitchen. In our description we point out that it is not enclosed and to be careful with children and pets around the sides and back. The railings are sturdy and checked regularly. The tv works perfectly fine with all terrestrial channels and a guest icon on Netflix so you can enjoy your viewing. We are confused about why you couldn’t operate it. The house is quirky and full of character and has been enjoyed by many. We were very disappointed when we arrived at the house to clean to find it had been treated with disrespect. It was very messy and none of the house rules were adhered to. We would not recommend these guests to any hosts.

Unique Period Property

Unique period property, extremely comfortable. Situated in a quiet residential neighbourhood, some distance from shops. Road behind can be noisy but quiet in the evening. Easy access to town and other places of interest.
