Ideal location

The apartment was excellent. Pleanty enough room for the two of us and all the kitchen and kitchen utensils you would want. Only change I would make would be to change the door knob/lock. I never was never able get it to work on the first try. Normally 4-5 times and still not sure what I did to make it work. I recommend the apartment and would stay there again

Dream vacation to Barcelona!

We had a wonderful stay in yhis apartment in Barcelona. We use the kitchen often and it made it easier to plan our meals during the vacation. Very well located. Used the Metro and busses every day. Walking to the Markets and grocery stores.. Very clean and functional. The bathroom and towels was cleaned often. We felt very welcomed and safe. We would definitely recommend this location to our friends and family. Thank you very much, hoping we can come back soon. So much more to see and do in Barcelona! It was a perfect vacation!!❤️

The mid-19th century building was completely renovated in 2011, respecting the original façade. It is located in the most visited and well-known area of Barcelona: Las Ramblas, just in front of the Boquería Market and just 5 minutes' walk from Plaza Cataluña. This area offers a wide range of leisure and restaurant services. This building is less than a minute's walk from the Liceu metro station (L3-green line), with which you can easily reach any other point in the city.

Each of our Rambla 102 apartments has been exclusively designed with the sole criterion of creating a space where our clients feel at home. It is important to note that although he building is located in one of the busiest area sof the city, the property is completely sound proofed, which guarantees a stay in perfect calm and tranquility. The apartments have been exquisitely decorated, combining a classic touch with modern equipment for your total comfort. From the wonderful parquet flooring to the ceiling motifs, everything here has been designed to maximize your well-being. Our apartments are fully equipped and all are soundproofed. You will never miss a thing; while you stay with us you can feel at home here in Barcelona. The building has an elevator, and our office is on the top floor, where you can also use a computer and a printer, as well as come to request our help or make any queries.

What makes this property unique

The modern and bright apartments have air conditioning, a balcony, a living-dining area with a sofa bed and a flat-screen satellite TV, and a kitchen with a dishwasher, ceramic hob and kitchen ware. Some (suites) have view sof the Ramblas, others (lofts) overlook a small, quiet, pedestrian street in Gothic Barcelones called Strett Roca. In addition, guests have a washing machine, clothes dryer, towels and bed linen.
