Good location overall

It's basically as described, we had some good time there. Nothing negative besides the power suddenly going out once, which was due to an overload, which could be fixed by turning the safety switch back on (which however was located quite a bit away from the property near the street; the property has about 100 meters of private road leading to it). Bringing out the trash is a bit of a burden because it must be carried to the street as well. The pool was very enjoyable, the A/C worked well, and the property has more than enough space. Good BBQ, too. Showers were a little unsteady with temperatures, but did the job nevertheless. Communication with the host was very nice and easy, so that is a definitive plus.

The house is much bigger than it looks on the pictures. It has a large garden with different seating areas and a small pool, which is very nice when it is really warm. It needs a little TLC here and there, but the owners are working on that. Not every renter takes good care of the equipment and furniture unfortunately. It is at a quit location, near the village. In the village is not much to do, there are a couple of restaurants. It is a great location to visit the south west of the island. Cagliari is a one hour drive and there are amazing beaches nearby. The owners Daria and Stefano are very nice and helpful. The boiler was broken Daria replied to my texts immediately and the technician was send to fix it. She also had great tips for the area. We really appreciated that. We had a wonderful week!

We had a lovely holiday at this property. The positives were the pool / lovely garden with sun and shade, that while you are secluded/private you can walk to shops/bars within 5 mintues, the aircon in the bedroom, that it was clean and tidy and the proximity to San Antioco and Iglesias.We feel we should mention that we asked before leaving UK how we would enter the property. Thinking we would meet the hosts on arrival we arrived 3pm but only received the key code an hour and half later by message on the vrbo website. We never saw the hosts throughout the stay. Not a problem but we were surprised to receive a request for an additional payment of Euro 20 the day before we left for bed linen which was not changed during the 2 week stay. This is not mentioned when booking as an extra.

Schönes Ferienhaus

Es war ein toller Aufenthalt. Wir waren zwei Wochen im Mai und Juni 2025. Die Vermieter Daria und Stefano waren immer hilfsbereit, wenn wir Hilfe benötigten. Super schöne Strände sind in der Nähe mit ca. 20 Min. Fahrzeit erreichbar. Klasse Fahrradwege und auch Motorradstrecken sind in der direkten Ungebung. Nach Cagliari sind es ca. 70min.

Wunderschönes Haus

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit im Haus und der Umgebung. Das Dorf ist urig und es gibt kein Gefühl von Massentourismus. Das Haus war groß, sauber, gemütlich. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht. WDeAußenbereich ist wunderschön

Schöner Urlaub

Es war ein toller Urlaub in einem tollen Haus mit tollen Gastgebern. Alles war sauber und der Pool war toll. Einzig wäre evtl. ein Fliegengitter an der Eingangstür toll, da die auch auf die Terrasse führt und man sie somit offen lassen könnte.

Un magnifique maison avec piscine au calme

La maison de Daria et Stefano est le lieu idéal pour les personnes qui recherchent un endroit calme et reposant, notre plus grand bonheur était de prendre notre petit déjeuner face aux oliviers et à la montagne. Toutefois en moins de 30 minutes il est possible de rejoindre en voiture toutes les magnifiques plages avoisinantes (Porto Pino, Gonessa, Masua, île de Sant'Antioco), la ville d'Iglesias et Cagliari est à 1 heure. Le centre ville est facilement accessible à pied en 5 minutes et on trouve toutes les commodités (boulangerie, boucherie, supermarché, maraîcher, tabac presse, pizzeria) et le soir la rue principale devient piétonne afin de profiter des terrasses et des animations. La maison offre 3 chambres climatisées, de nombreux espaces de rangement, 2 salles de bain, la cuisine est fonctionnelle, le tout meublé avec goût. Le plus gros avantage est qu'elle possède une piscine et le vaste terrain est entièrement clôturé et occulté des regards extérieurs. Un barbecue est aussi à notre disposition. Pour résumer cette maison a correspondu en tous points à nos attentes, et Daria et Stefano ont toujours été présents en cas de besoin. Nous recommandons à 100%.
