There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge a €200 smoking fee, at minimum.
Please note that for stays longer than 30 nights a fair use policy of the utilities will apply with a limit of 80€ included. For the first days we provide the basic amenities: samples of shower gel, shampoo, soap, toilet paper, kitchen roll, sponge, dishwashing products and bin bag.

A Éviter....

Résumé difficile tellement y a dire ...la veille et quelques jours avant j avais contacté l Agence concernant le garage parking pour la voiture étant donné un avis très défavorable d un locataire, pas de clés pas de bip alors que l on paye la prestation garage Au final même problème pas possible d accéder au garage de la résidence, même après plus de 15 mails aucun retour, j ai du téléphoner au moins plus de 10 fois rien n à été fait pour nous débloquer la situation, pas plus qu un volet roulant qui ne se fermait pas...j attends encore aujourd pour le garage et le volet roulant Je vais donc opposer mon paiement CB car la prestation n à pas été tenue, j ai conservé tous mes mails envoyés sans retour, lesquels je vais envoyer à ma banque et le service Monétique Call Porteur et bloquer mon achat Vad ....
