    Nice apartment

    We moved from another place on short notice, and they were very accommodating. We visited Porto, Aviero, braga Arouca, 516 bridge and Gaia. It is located in a little town and is on a private street where we could park right in front. It was walking distance to restaurants and various things. Not a lot of businesses in the town but we purposely wanted a quiet place. The apartment was on the first floor, which is one up from the ground, and what was the equivalent of a house. Enjoyed our visit very much.

    A lovely place in a nice village

    The appartment is a whole first floor of a house (above the ground floor) with a private entrance. It is roomy and we could all have our own space. It was easy to park nearby. We found the neighbourhood to be charming and genuine. The weather in october was quite rainy so the host set up a heater and a dehumidifier for us which made things comfortable (the humidity is very high otherwise). The host was very friendly and helpful and responded quickly to all our questions. You will need a car to get anywhere as well as to get groceries but there is a good supermarket in the next village, 5 mins away by car. There are tollroads nearby and you can easily get to Porto (about 35 mins) or for example Espinho (25 mins) with a great beach. We had a lovely time and we hope to come back to this village and house again.

    Nous avons passé une très bonne semaine dans ce gîte, situé à 30 minutes de Porto, dans un quartier très calme. L'accueil de Cristina est particulièrement chaleureux. La maison est très bien équipée, la literie est très confortable et tout est d'une propreté impeccable. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir. Merci Cristina!

    Super ausgestattete Wohnung in ruhiger Lage

    Wir möchten uns herzlich bei Familie Matos für den angenehmen Aufenthalt in der sehr geräumigen Ferienwohnung bedanken. Wir wurden sehr herzlich aufgenommen und umsorgt. Die Wohnung ist bestens ausgestattet mit Geschirr, Föhn, Waschmittel etc. Die Umgebung ist ruhig, aber trotzdem verkehrstechnisch gut erreichbar ((3Minuten zur Autobahn).

    Très bon point de chute pour découvrir la région de Porto

    Accueil chaleureux de la propriétaire et sa famille. L'accès facile à l'autoroute nous a permis d'aller rapidement à Porto , de faire une belle excursion (voiture , bateau, train, voiture) dans la vallée du Douro , de découvrir la jolie et intéressante station balnéaire de Viana do Castelo . . Quel plaisir de déjeuner , au soleil, sur le petit balcon !

    très bonnes appréciations

    Nous avons été très bien reçus par Christina et son mari, avec une bouteille de porto. Des propriétaires très sympathiques et agréables parlant assez bien le français. La maison impeccable et ne manquant de rien, grand nombre de serviettes, douce, propre, ainsi que les couvertures. Dans la cuisine, grand nombre de plats, d'assiettes, d’accessoires, de casseroles. De même que dans la salle de bains. Depuis que nous voyageons dans plusieurs pays, c'est la première fois que nous trouvons une location dans laquelle il ne manque vraiment rien, même les produits de toilette et de nettoyage. Nous avons pu garer notre voiture de location facilement dans la rue sans issue devant la maison. Nous remercions Christina et son mari pour leur bon accueil et gentillesse, et nous leur souhaitons bonne continuation pour leurs futures locations. Marie-Thérèse, Odile, Christiane et Marie-Hélène

    Lo que buscábamos

    Alojamiento totalmente recomendable. Buscábamos un sitio cómodo y bien ubicado para visitar las principales ciudades del norte de Portugal y este lo ha sido. Los propietarios agradables y atentos a lo que necesitáramos; el apartamento tenía todo lo necesario, y de sobra; ubicación tranquila pero a 5 minutos de la autopista más cercana y a 10 de varios supermercados y Oporto a apenas media hora. Un acierto.

    Propriétaires serviables et attentionnés (toujours prêt à donner des idées de visites,...) Location ayant bon rapport qualité/prix. A proximité de Porto, la mer... grâce à l'autoroute proche mais que l'on entend pas.

    Very spacious apartment, clean, very well equipped,

    A estadia foi otima ,a casa tem exelentes condiçoes dentro e fora e esta bem equipada com todos os eletrodomèsticos e assessòrios nessessarios no nosso dia a dia .Anivel de limpesa 5 estrelas e estava sempre quentinha a casa .A disponivilidade e atençao dos propriatarios foi otima sao pessoas muito simpaticas a quem agradeço de coraçao .Aconselho esta casa a todas as pessoas .

    Une location impeccable

    Pour notre découverte de la moitié nord du Portugal, cet emplacement était parfaitement situé. Christina et Antonio sont des personnes en or qui ont veillé a ce que tous ce passe bien pour notre séjour de 15 jours. Nous recommandons fortement cette location.

    Appartement très agréable, dans un environnement calme et des propriètaires extrêmements gentils.

    Accueil très sympatique et propriètaires aux petits soins pour nous. Maison agréable, au calme, avec des pièces bien dimensionnées et très bien équipée. Literie de très bonne qualité. Un seul petit bémol qui côute les 5 étoiles: les wc situés dans la salle de bains est un inconvénient lorsque plusieurs familles cohabitent. Mais il faut insister sur la gentillesse et la prévenance dont ont fait preuve M et Mme Matos. Si l'occasion se présente nous reviendrons avec joie chez cet hôte.

    Séjour inoubliable, et des gens formidables

    Pour notre première fois au Portugal, nous avons été gâtés. Outre la découverte de ce si beau pays et de ses habitants si ouverts, bienveillants et respectueux, nous avons eu la chance de faire la connaissance de Cristina et de son mari, et d'habiter dans cette location. Tout le confort y est, la propreté est irréprochable, on s'y sent bien ! De plus, Cristina et son mari parlent Français, ce qui est très appréciable parfois ! Ce sont des gens formidables, gentils, discrets et bienveillants. Une très belle rencontre pour nous (2 adultes et 2 enfants de 10 ans et 16 mois). Le quartier est calme mais à 5mn seulement de l'autoroute, il y a un Intermarché ouvert 7/7j de 8h30 à 21h00 à seulement 6mn, une station-essence (et également un distributeur automatique de billets au même endroit) à 30 secondes... Il y a également un joli jardin d'enfants (balançoires, etc.) à 2mn à pieds. Bref, nous y retournerons avec plaisir, et pas ailleurs en ce qui nous concerne. Muito obrigado!

    Ambiente acolhedor

    Estivemos alojados na altura do Natal e Ano Novo, e não podíamos ter tido uma experiência melhor. Os anfitriões deixaram-nos super à vontade, sempre dispostos a ajudar. A casa é bastante aconchegante, com um grande sentimento de vida nela. Voltaremos a usufruir destas instalações!
