House is very clean!
3 bedroom 2 bath, only 3 miles to Carolina Beach, 11 miles to Downtown Wilmington. 6 miles to the Fort Fisher Ferry. 10 miles to UNCW & 14 miles from ILM airport. Very close to restaurants and grocery stores
Very well stocked kitchen
We have added a pack n play and a high chair
wifi, TVs, local channels.
bedrooms have a queen beds
pull out queen sofa in living room and one couch is as large as a twin bed
master bath has a large tub and walk in shower
other bath has tun/shower combo
Enjoy the large front porch to sit and watch the beautiful North Carolina sunset in the evenings while listening to the sounds of the whippoorwills
Family time is important, spend it together under one roof.
We love our home and the time our families get to spend together ❤️
We also have security cameras on the driveways, we can’t see it but it records in the basement.

Farmers really enjoyed the short stay for a few days. We came down to do some deep sea fishing.

Great home

The house is very inviting and has a cozy feeling that made all of us feel comfortable. My daughters enjoyed the “super comfy couches” and playing with the puzzles. Location is wonderful and will be planning to be back.

My family and I had a fantastic time. Plenty of space for everyone and sitting out on the patio at night was great. I would recommend this to anyone going down to the beach.

We had a wonderful stay here! The home had everything we needed! It was comfortable and cozy! It was about a 6 minute drive to beach and Pier. We will definitely be back!

Fantastic Family Vacation

We had enough space for a weekend getaway with 7 adults and 2 children. We had plenty of space to cook and eat together and everything we wanted to get to was in a reasonable drive. We had a fantastic time.

Upon arrival the house was spotless with enough room for my whole family. It was very good neighborhood as well and loved how it was so close to the beach, and many other attractions around. The house was beautiful and my family and i enjoyed our stay and would stay here again 10/10

Youngest daughter is student at UNCW. She turned 21 and we rented your house so we could visit with her. We had a great weekend and would stay at your house again.

Why they chose this property

We love this house. It is only a few miles from the beach. Everything is close to this property. Your not stuck in one room, your family can be all together ! You can cook meals together, sit on the porch (one of my favorite things about the house)

What makes this property unique

We love the master bedroom and huge bathroom. The living room is pretty great too.
