Accommodation downtown Torrvieja

The location was perfect, parking with a car was a bit difficult but was not a problem. The kitchen was very dirty (refrigerator full with old stuff, coffee machine with old coffee, microwave with chocolate milk....we had to clean the accommodation. after cleaning it was perfect! Suggest that after change of guests apartment needs to be better cleaned.

Ok, things wrong that we found with the property. The lady with the key was very late bringing it and letting us in, I know she said she was there on time but she eventually arrived at around 1.20 pm. The property had not been swept and there were pots on the draining board and food stuff in the kitchen sink plug hole.Communal washing equipment in the bathroom, bar of soap covered in hairs...towels that were like sand paper.We could not find a kettle to wash things up properly as the water heater did not heat or fill properly, limiting the amount of hot water for showering, there was only enough for one decent shower and as there are 2 of us we had to keep turning the shower off while in the shower to save hot water. There was an old t.v wall mount in the room with 2 single beds that was sticking out and had the potential to injure you if you did not avoid it. The only mirror in the property is the one in the bathroom, you need another in each room,on the backs of the doors maybe? There was a lack of storage space in the main bedroom, a chest of drawers would be advised. Bed sheets, we needed to make the bed when we arrived.We found a bag of assorted bed sheets which were dirty with stains of all descriptions on them from blood to "brown stuff"... and there was no signal to the t.v, I could not get a picture on any channel and no wi-fi.Whoever you are paying to look after/prepare this property needs to be told to amend these things.We have stayed at 2 other apartments in the same block in the past,both have been very clean and tidy and everything in working order,and far cheaper than this one. We left it far cleaner than it was when we arrived !! Would we stay there again? Deffinately not.

trops de mensonges et beaucoups de non sens . il nya aucun appartement qui dispose de glace dans toutes les chambres . cela fait des anneés que je loue cet appartement et tous etaient satisfaits de la propreté et de l'agreable sejour qu'ils avaient passé.

merci pour votre appreciation . vos remarque n'ont aucun fondement car juste apres vous je me suis rendu sur place afin de verifier . j'ai constaté que la climatisation fonctionne parfaitement , rien a signaler egalement pour le frigo car il est tout neuf et encore sous garentie . les lits n'ont egalement aucun probleme particulier . avant vous il ya eu trois familles differentes qui avaient loué et aucune de ces personnes n'avaient signalé le moindre probleme . tous etaient satisfaits de leur sejour . je vous invite a lire leur appreciations . je suis desolé si votre sejour a été perturbé a cause de l'etat de santé de votre grand mere et que vous avez interrompue vos vacances a trois jours avant la fin . je trouve cela tout a fait normal . vous esperiez peut etre le remboursement des trois jours , mais c'est vous qui avait decidé de partir avant la fin de votre sejour pour rejoindre votre grand mere .

je tiens à remercier en particulier les personnes qui ont été chargé de la transmission des clés des gens formidables et aussi remercier MOHAMED j'ai apprécié mon séjour un appartement très agréable vue sur la piscine pour surveiller les enfants aussi pas besoin de circuler en voiture tt est à proximité belle ballade le soir et une ville trés animée je vous la recommende vous serez pas décu merci

TRES BON SEJOUR

Appartement très propre et équipé, avec la climatisation, magasin alimentaire à proximité ainsi que les plages. Très belle ville et de belles plages qui sont très propres sauf la Playa de la mata. Le propriétaire est sérieux et disponible. Je conseille cette destination si vous recherchez le dépaysement et la chaleur.
