Great apartment in Torrevieja. Communication was always super easy, check in and out super flexible. Apartment very clean and in good condition, you have everything you need. Only thing to mention, there is no AC. Which is ok, as you have fans in the apartment.

Perfect living arrangements for two people, everything felt very modern especially the bathroom! The heat was very easy to handle even without AC, the fans helped a lot. The bedroom was pitch black and the ceiling fan keeps it cool at night. We only used the kitchen for cooking and coffee but was very equipped. The balcony was just like the Pictures and has pleasant evening sun. Aa for the hosts both hosts Marcelina and Jesús was highly exceptional and proffesional. There was some language barriers with Jesús but he made it work well! Sorry that we forgot a fanta in the fridge and thanks for hosting is!

Treasure in Torrevieja

This apartment was clean, modern and had everything you'd want in a holiday home. We were greeted by Jesus, who showed us round our 'home' for the next week. We were very impressed . It comes with all mod cons. Communication between Marcelina & ourselves was excellent (via google translate) There's a supermarket opposite, a bus stop outside to rake you to La Mata, and 2 mins away is playa del cura, with a plethora of restaurants & shops. We cant wait to stay again in this little gem. Thank you Marcelina & Jesus King reggards John & Karen.

Appartement spacieux et très bien équipé pour passer un agréable séjour ; besoin de rien de plus (peut être une climatisation permanente, même si le lieu possède un superbe ventilateur plafonnier en chambre, et reste aéré...). Bien situé, entre 2 plages, accessible rapidement à pied comme le centre ville également et tous les commerces sont tout proche. Nos hôtes sont très accueillants et disponibles.

Con diferencia los peores inquilinos de toda mi vida, a parte de que el alojamiento no está limpio. Mantas, toallas llenas de pelos y un largo etc. Habitacion sin ventana y sin calefacción porque no funciona. Agua caliente únicamente para una ducha de 10 minutos. Plomos saltaban a la mínima que cocinabas y ponías la calefacción, era imposible poner dos cosas a la vez. Barrimos debajo del sofá y había arena de a saber cuando. Zona para aparcar malísima, el primer día nos tiramos 1h para aparcar.

Le directeur de l’entreprise de nettoyage, qui a charge de l’entretien de mon appartement a rarement vu un tel désordre et saleté provoqués en trois jours. Aucun respect du règlement interne qui n’autorise pas de fumer à l’intérieur, mais on découvre des cendres partout dans l’appartement, vaisselle pas rangée, meubles déplacés. Le sofa et un édredon tachés. Sang et tampon hygiénique usagé par terre. Concernant le fonctionnement des appareils électriques, au cas ou on sait pas les utiliser, il faut me contacter. Elle n’a pas hésité à le faire à deux reprises au milieu de la nuit, pour d’autres sujets, sans me faire part de tous les problèmes qu’elle invente maintenant, car j’ai fait retenir le montant de la garantie pour effectuer les nettoyages approfondis nécessaires. Je ne souhaite à personne d’avoir ce type de clientèle irrespectueuse du bien mis à leur disposition. Et pour finir je vous épargne la foto du tampon usagé…

Nice Cozy appartement

Very nice surprise for this rental. My wife and I stayed there for 1 month and the apartment was able to meet all our expectations, supermarket, beach and restaurants nearby make this apartment a little jewel. If you plan to live there for a long time, beware the apartment does not have air conditioning and in the evening the street is very noisy! Marcelina and Jesus made this stay go as smoothly as possible, they helped us with all our questions and were very responsive. If we come back to the area, we will gladly repeat our experience and we encourage you to come and enjoy a good stay in this nice appartement.
