Stunning 3 bedroom house with communal pool and views

Casa Kalithea is a stunning 3 bedroom house in the sought after urbanisation of La Reserva in the village of La Herradura.



The house has 3 double bedrooms - the lovely master bedroom is situated at the top of the house with an en-suite bathroom and private terrace boasting amazing views. Perfect for your morning coffee!



The other two double bedrooms are on the middle floor and share a bathroom but all have lovely views of the surrounding area and sea and are tastefully furnished.



On the lower floor is a further bathroom, large open plan living/dining room and also a very beautiful and fully equipped kitchen, both leading out on to the spacious terrace which has amazing views of the sea, swimming pool and gardens. There is plenty of space to sit and enjoy the view on the sofas or eat al fresco at the dining table.



The house has been beautifully furnished to a high standard with air conditioning in every room and good quality wifi.



The communal pool is a spectacular infinity pool with stunning views down to the bay. It is surrounded by well kept gardens are there a sunbeds for use by the guests. There is a garage with 2 private parking spaces that connects to the property directly via a staircase and also parking outside the house. The urbanisation is very secure with electric gates and the village and beach of La Herradura are only a 10 minute walk away.

Superb property with divine views

Great apartment, easy walk into town and the best bits for us was the very social balcony and the pool. Whilst the pool was meant to be communal - most days we had it to ourselves. The apartment was clean and well stocked with everything we needed. The air con was absolutely needed as it was really hot during our stay - nevertheless we had very cool nights and slept well. Check-in was easy and the garage with the direct door into the apartment was very useful. Overall we had a fantastic week and would absolutely consider La Herradura again.

Wonderful stay in La Herradura

We have just had 9 wonderful days in La Herradura. The apartment and location is just perfect. Close to the village and with magnificent views of the sea and mountains. Exactly what we were looking for.Rachel was an excellent host always being there for questions and helping out in general. We felt so welcomed from the very beginning. A huge thanks also for letting us stay a few hours extra on our departure day. We will definitely come back to La Herradura and can highly recommend this apartment.

Una Casa Bonita!

Una casa bonita, con vistas muy buenas desde todas las estancias, tiene una amplia terraza bien amueblada, la cocina completa con absolutamente todo lo necesario. Destacaría tambien la limpieza. Ubicación muy buena, fácil localización. Sin duda repetiríamos.

Echt geweldig genoten van het verblijf in casa Kalithea. Omgeving, faciliteiten, nabijheid van het dorp: allemaal fantastisch! Enige ‘minpuntjes’: zo nu en dan een stukje lopen met forse omhooglopende stukjes + het huis had op een aantal punten beter afgewerkt kunnen worden. Die aspecten zijn echter niet hetgeen wat we ons zullen herinneren. We komen zeker terug!
