Villa Santa Barbara is a beautiful, luxurious sea view villa.
Fantastically and very quietly located in the hills just north of the town of Santa Barbara de Nexe.
With a living area of 325 m² and a plot of 4,000 m² there is plenty of room for everyone!
The villa is fully fenced in, has a beautiful garden with several terraces and sitting areas, a table tennis area and dart board,
an outdoor kitchen with barbecue and a fantastic swimming pool of 12x6 mtr.
It is a very comfortable villa. All rooms have air conditioning. The underfloor heating and electric radiators provide pleasant warmth in winter.

The villa is really a place to completely unwind:
sitting in the lounge set, lying on the sun beds, enjoying the beautiful view over the pool to the hills ...!

Surroundings villa
The villa is close to all facilities (airport, beaches, shops, restaurants, supermarket ...).
The charming village of Santa Bárbara de Nexe is 5 min. drive away, the lively town of Loulé a 7 min. drive away, the city of Faro is 15 min. drive away. Due to the very central location, the east and west of the Algarve can also be reached quickly.
Golfers will find a variety of beautiful courses within short distance, for example the well-known golf courses of Quinta do Lago and Vale de Lobo!

The large, beautiful hall leads to a spacious living room with separate dining room and an equally spacious modern American kitchen with all comforts and a laundry room.

First floor -

Private garage for 2 cars, and a large parking area with room for boat/caravan.

Information:

In the season from November 1st to April 30th, an electricity fee of €0.35 per KW will be calculated and charged on the day of check out, as well as a water fee of €3 per cubic meter will be calculated and charged on the day of check out.
