Beautiful apartment with 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, air conditioning in one of the most popular gated communities in Estepona.
Amazing views of the sea, the harbor and the 2 swimming pools* (with lifeguards present during the summer season) located within the complex. Do like everyone else on the Costa del Sol - live outdoors on the large south-facing terrace with barbecue, dining area and sofa group.
There are 3 bedrooms, 2 with a double bed and 1 with 2 single beds.
Modern well-equipped kitchen, induction hob, double oven, microwave, espresso machine, washing machine, refrigerator and filtered drinking water system. In the apartment you also got a baby cot and high chair. Smart TV with international channels, unlimited high-speed fiber Wi-Fi. You don't need a car, you can walk to everything. A private underground parking space with a lift to the apartment is included.
The apartment is a 3–5-minute walk from the picturesque fishing and marina of Estepona. There you will find a supermarket, many bars, restaurants, and live music venues. There are two beautiful sandy beaches almost on the doorstep, Playa de la Rada and Playa del Cristo, the latter a quiet cove perfect for families. You can reach both within a 5–10-minute walk.
Stroll the promenade to reach the beautiful, whitewashed, and historic old town of Estepona. The whole town is decorated with colorful flowerpots and beautiful cobbled streets. There is a wide range of local and international restaurants, bars and shops.
There are many activities for families in the area: golf, paddling, gym, cycling, horse riding, water sports, hiking and more.
Very good connections with the coastal road A-7 and the motorway AP-7.
For your comfort, it is recommended to reserve the apartment one more night in case of early arrivals or late departures.

Excellent apartment

Beautiful property, clean, spacious, well equipped. Very safe property in gated complex. Large balcony with great views. Grounds were well cared for, swimming pool good with lifeguard, but there is a steep incline down to the pool. Only issue was that it is at the top of a steep hill and feel people should be advised of this, as if you are not particularly active it is quite a strenuous walk into and from the port and the supermarket. Taxi from port to apartment was 5€ Greeted by Rosa who was friendly and very helpful.

May in Estepona

Really impressed with the property. Rosa from the property management company contacted me saying the property was being refurbished and the photos on the website had not been updated. On arrival we were wow’ed. Everything in the lounge/kitchen/bedrooms and bathrooms brand new and to a high standard. Bedrooms well furnished and both bathrooms refurbished . This apartment has everything- every appliance and kitchen utensil was available. The terrace was great with mixture of seating/loungers/chairs. BBQ was great. We stayed late May and had sun on the terrace from early morning to well after 6pm. Parking was great and garage easily accessed. Overall very well maintained property and complex. Public areas clean and very secure. Rosa from the management company was great and met us at the apartment to give us the tour. All great This apartment is a credit to it’s owner.

Fabulous holiday

Four of us stayed the first two weeks of May and the weather couldn’t have been any better. Rosa was on hand to greet us and showed us around. What a lovely helpful person she is. The apartment had everything you could need, and the IPTV was absolutely fabulous for the nights we decided not to venture out. Only downside if there was to be one was the walk up to the property from The port. Perfectly fine for my husband and myself, but my dads battery in his electric wheelchair struggled to keep up. My mother who is a very fit 70 year old struggled at first, but once we got the hang of how to take it slow we cracked it. Loved Eatepona and we will definitely be back

Beautiful apartment overlooking Marina

Thank you We had a great stay in your apartment overlooking the marina. The great selection of bars and restaurants in the marina were perfect for us and the family. The apartment was clean, spacious and had a huge terrace with shade. The addition of a BBQ is lovely, and made outdoor meals even more enjoyable! The short walk into the old town of Estapona was a delight, and the scooters you can hire nearby added to the whole experience and fun. we really enjoyed exploring the area and taking in the surroundings. Rosa, the representative of the apartment, was helpful and friendly. Knowing that any queries were quickly answered made our stay even more relaxing. Overall, we had a wonderful experience in Estapona and in the apartment and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation. Thank you

Great location, but . . .

The location was perfect and the view was beautiful. We were able to walk to the shops, restaurants, parks and beaches very easily. The apartment needs attention. It is showing quite bit of wear and tear that could easily be repaired. Additionally, the sheets on all the beds would not stay on the mattresses without constant readjusting and retucking. Also, most of the windows do not have screens which resulted in lots of mosquito bites. Lastly, the pools were closed due to a local ordinance related to the lack of water. This was one of the main draws to renting, so double check if that matters to you or it’s been a dry year. Rosa was our host and she was easy to connect with and gave us some good restaurant recommendations.
