2MG01 - House for 6 people with garden and private pool located near the beach of Blanes

Simple house with garden and private pool located in a very quiet residential area just 2 km from Blanes! Blanes is one of the most beautiful towns on the Costa Brava where you can find restaurants, bars and supermarkets; all surrounded by beaches with turquoise and crystal-clear waters.

This house is ideal for spending peaceful family holidays on the Costa Brava!



Maximum capacity for 6 people.



Exterior area with a spacious and beautiful garden and private swimming pool (7x3m), brick barbecue where you can enjoy pleasant breakfasts and meals by the pool. Parking for 2 cars.



Interior area of 100 m2 with a small and simple dining room with TV and direct access to the terrace. Fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking such as: cutlery, pans, coffee maker, fridge, microwave, oven and dishwasher. The washing machine is located in the garage.



Consists of 2 double bedrooms, 1 room with two single beds, 1 bathroom with a bathtub and 1 bathroom with a shower.

WiFi included



- Pets are allowed upon request and with a supplement of £35 per week/pet, and the deposit will be in cash and will be returned one week later by bank transfer.



Groups of young people not allowed.

This property is only for families. Bookings for individuals under 35 years old are not accepted.



Conditions for groups



- In the case of group bookings, a deposit of 150 euros/person must be paid in cash at the agency, which will be refunded one week after departure by bank transfer. Celebrations are totally prohibited, as well as making noise after 21:00h. In the event of non-compliance with any of these premises, the client must leave the property without the right to any type of refund.

The check-in and check-out will be carried out at our office in Lloret: Av. Vila de Tossa, no. 80 Lloret de Mar (Girona)



Tourist tax



Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.

Superbe emplacement mais maison à rénover.

L'emplacement et l'extérieur sont parfaits. La maison doit être rénovée en changeant les meubles par exemple. De plus, une pompe d'arrosage se déclenche toutes les nuits faisant un bruit incroyable dans la maison et empêchant le sommeil. Il faut aussi installer la climatisation car les chiens des voisins qui aboient sans cesse ne permettent pas d'ouvrir les fenêtres..

Maison très agréable, au calme et à l’écart du centre ville . Fonctionnelle et spacieuse . La piscine est très appréciable et de belle dimension , vite profonde. Un petit coup de neuf sur certains mobiliers ne ferait pas de mal . Attention le retrait et le retour des clefs se fait à Lloret , pas de stationnement devant l’agence . Personnel très aimable . Un petit coup de neuf sur certains mobiliers et la literie notamment .

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour au sein de la villa. Maison encore plus jolie que sur les photos ! Des parasols étaient à disposition également ainsi que du wifi, ce qui n’est pas mentionnée dans l’annonce. Carolina est très réactive en cas de soucis et cela est très agréable! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir à la villa mas guelo 😃

super emplacement dans un cartier résidentiel, nous avons passé un bon séjour, l'endroit est calme, le jardin est grand. on s'y sent bien. la maison est à 2km en voiture du centre ville de Blanes. Cependant, le nettoyage des salles de bain n'était pas top, poils et cheveux dans les douches et traces de de salissures dans les lavabos. Concernant les chambres, nous devons faire nous même les lits avec les draps qui nous sont donnés par l'agence de voyage. Pour le prix, les lits devraient être fait. et la literie n'est pas très confortable. Le fond de la piscine était vert par endroit....
