Terraced house located in a quiet residential complex just 100 m from the beautiful beach of Pals - one of the most beautiful on the Costa Brava! And 15 minutes by car from the urban centre.

Outdoor area with swimming pool and communal gardens and children's playground.

Maximum capacity 6 people.

Distributed over two floors: On the ground floor is a living-dining room with fireplace and direct access to the garden. Fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking: Vitroceramic hob, oven, microwave and dishwasher, a toilet. On the upper floor it has 3 bedrooms (1 suite with bathtub, double bed 150x190cm and balcony and 2 rooms with 2 single beds of 90x190cm in each of them), 1 additional bathroom with shower and washing machine.



Pets accepted only upon prior request and with a supplement.



House only for families. No bookings accepted for young people under 35 years old.



Ideal for enjoying a family holiday on the Costa Brava!

The check-in and check-out will be carried out in our Llafranc office located at C/xaloc 5. Llafranc



Tourist tax



Upon arrival, it will be necessary to pay the tourist tax (7 euros/adults) which is mandatory according to the Catalan Government.

Gute Lage in zweiter Reihe zum Meer. Alles etwas abgewohnt. Keinerlei Information über das Haus, Müllabfuhr, usw. 1Gartenliege für 6 Personen, keine Gartenauflagen für Stühle. Keinerlei Bemühumgen duch die Agentur.

une semaine en avril

L'agence a bien répondon au téléphone a nos questions. Bonne accuil à la remise de clé. La piscine a l'aire bien attention pas de transat malheureusement a cause du temp nous avons pas pu en profiter plage à pied un jardin très correcte avec table et chaise barbecue à disposition dans le garage nous avons pas utiliser suite au temps. L'annonce indique wifi a notre arrivé on nous annonce petit wifi du se fait pas de code donné. Quand on rappelle pour avoir le code pour au moins lire nos mail on nous indique que ces payent. Pas de drap fournie n'oublier pas vos torchons tapie de bain... Lit pas confortable les têtes de lit ne son pas fixer. Pas de chauffage donc on a eux froid dans la maison nous avons peu faire un feu de cheminer cela ne sufie pas pour chauffer les chambres du haut la nuit. Porte d'entre difficile à ouvrir en fonction du temps. pas de magasin de restaurent à pied. Bon séjour dans l'ensemble
