On this floor, you will also find the independent kitchen, equipped with a ceramic hob, (small) refrigerator, microwave, oven, crockery/cutlery, washing machine, utensils, coffee maker, kettle, minipimer, and toaster. Additionally, there is a guest toilet on this floor.On the second floor, there are two bedrooms, one with 2 single beds and another with a double bed, both with air conditioning and a balcony. The bathroom with shower and washbasin is also located on this floor, and all bedroom windows have mosquito nets. On the third floor, there is another room with a double bed and air conditioning, with a balcony offering views of the communal area with lawn and pool.The accommodation is located in Mas Pinell, a privileged area of the Costa Brava in Catalonia. From here, you will have the opportunity to explore picturesque nearby towns such as Torroella de Montgrí, Pals, and L'Estartit.
