Location relative to Grand Canyon was great. Neighborhood was a bit strange and master bathroom shower was too small for an adult. Overall met our needs.
Nice that the 2 bedrooms were set up on opposite ends of the house. Coffee was supplied, as well as a nice water dispenser. Good sized table off kitchen, and beds were comfortable. Great location about 25 minutes from entrance to Grand Canyon.
This home was perfect for the two days our family of 5 adults had to explore the Grand Canyon. It is in a quiet location away from the more crowded towns, but still a quick and easy drive in to and out of the park. The house was cozy and had everything we needed for a few nights. Just make sure you plan ahead for food, as grocery stores and restaurants are sparse in the area.
Beautiful house in a quiet neighborhood with great access to the Grand Canyon. Only about 30 minutes to the south rim entrance so made travel very easy. House came with plenty of amenities for our stay. Overall great stay in a great location.
The property was convenient location to Grand Canyon South Rim for a family trip. check-in and communication with host was easy and prompt. the house was very well-stocked with anything we needed. my family appreciated the stay and would book again.
Near to the Grand Canyon, but far enough away from motels/restaurants to view the night sky!

Hello Jason, thank you very much for your stay. I hope you enjoyed your trip to the Grand Canyon. Everything looks great at the accommodation. Best regards:)
Our family had a wonderful, relaxing two days at your home. Everything was clean and soo comfortable! Thank you for letting us stay at your lovely home. We would recommend to anyone and would definitely stay again.
We had a great time exploring the Grand Canyon and used the Brarosel Tourist House as our home base. It had everything we needed to make the most of our time in Williams. I loved being only 35ish minutes from the South entrance and being more secluded allowed us to see amazing views of the night sky.
The house was clean, comfortable, and spacious. We originally planned to stay there with another couple. Their daughter asked if she and her family could stay with us. Rosalio was gracious enough to allow this. We would definitely stay there again.
Very clean and well stocked house. Great location, only 35 min from all major Grand Canyon hikes. Communication with host was amazing, Rosalio was very accommodating!
First time in the area, the place was very nice, felt right at home. The couch and love seat were outstanding. The weather was very exciting. Waking up to a snow like mix in the morning was fun.

Muchas gracias a Ray por su estancia es un huésped limpio y respetuoso y cumplidor con las reglas de la casa:)
Our group of 7 stayed here on our way to the Grand Canyon, which is only about 40 minutes away. It worked out just fine, but the listing says that one bedroom has a queen bed plus a double futon and unless I'm blind, there was no futon. However at least the one couch was a hide-a-bed.....if you wanted to try and figure out how/where to move the glass coffee table. So one of our party just ended up sleeping on the couch as is and it worked for one night. Also be aware, this is a modular home and the walls are paper thin! Otherwise the home was nicely furnished and we were able to cook up a feast for breakfast.
