Villa Camping with private swimming pool near Komos beach ,Matala

Our villa is a perfect summer getaway for a large family or group of 8-9 people. The property consists of 1 level 270 sq. It has a large open plan living room with a big table, cozy sofas, TV, a fireplace and fully equipped kitchen. Living room has access to a covered veranda with BBQ facilities and an outdoor dining area. It offers modern home appliances and all facilities you may need. The villa seamlessly fuses traditional and Mediterranean style, it is bright and airy with big windows, high ceilings and natural colors. Every room has floor heating & A/C that help you to feel comfortable any time of the year. Villa has 3 large bedrooms. Each room comes with its own bathroom, TV, wardrobe. All have access to a sunny veranda overlooking the pool or garden . In addition in the backyard of the villa is a 4th separate bedroom also with its own bathroom and cover veranda.
And of course the house is complemented with a big private swimming pool (10-4,50-1,50) Around is a garden with threes ,sunbeds and umbrellas, outdoor toilet with shower. Staircase leads to a large outdoor terrace with stunning mountain views and a small part of the sea. With a short explanation this is our villa.

What makes this property unique

If you are a fan of peaceful places, quiet and crystal-clear beaches away from the lots of tourists, typical Cretan culture, this is your area! Our villa is a cozy property located in the south part of Crete. At our property you can enjoy stunning views to the mountains and Pitsidia village. It is positioned in a secluded location between the villages Pitsidia and Matala with easy access to all essential holiday facilities (such as shops, taverns and supermarket). Near to the villa passes the road going to Komos beach - this is the nearest beach, only 1.3km from the house.
At a distance of 4-6 km there are other small villages such as Sivas, Kalamaki, Kamilari and of course the popular tourist resort Matala, where you can visit various family taverns and fish restaurants, coffee shops and tourist shops.
If you are a fan of archeology- 5 km away is the famous site Festos and Agia Triada , not far away is Gortina .
Another great place to visit during your stay in Crete and especially with your children is CretaAquarium - Thalassocosmos.
It is absolutely private without no immediate neighbors.
