We rented this villa for myself, my husband and our 5 year old to enjoy Park City in January. The room is lovely, spacious, in a perfect location, and well stocked! The Westgate resort is honestly in the perfect location and we had the very best time. The owners/property managers were very attentive and we received all our info in a timely manner. Would absolutely recommend this villa to anyone looking for an amazing one bedroom. Our son slept on the large pull out in the living room and it was perfect.

Perfect Ski Condo

We had a wonderful stay at this property for a long weekend in the Canyons. The property is located within the Westgate Hotel, which is an extremely nice hotel with excellent amenities, including indoor/outdoor pool, adult serenity pool, wonderful gym, kids play room, and more. The unit is on the same floor as the Market, which is extremely convenient and you can easily access all parts of the hotel and the slopes. The unit was exactly as advertised and a perfect size for a couple or small family. My daughter even said the pull-out couch was comfortable. Overall, a great unit, very comfortable, and we had no complaints.

We enjoyed this villa for 10 nights as part of our annual ski trip to Park City. This unit is in a great location.. just steps to Canyons promenade, and a short walk to the Red Pine Gondola. We also enjoy dining at the Pendry restaurants so it is very convenient to just walk right across the street for happy hour or dining. The furnishings were adequate. We asked about the steam shower a couple of times and no one responded. It could have had few more kitchen necessities; but, overall anything we needed they were very fast to respond and assist. We would stay there again in the future.

Decent - you are paying for the location. Lots of renovation happening around unit.

Location of unit is the best within westgate - too bad all the units around are being renovated so hallways smell like asbestos and there are lots of workers and tons of noise

Great Place to Stay

We stayed for a week at this condo at Westgate. The unit was terrific and as advertised. We had a problem with noise as a number of the Wesstgate timeshare units were being demolished and renovated and there was banging, hammering and general construction noises each day we were there. The property manager contacted the owner of the condo and we agreed to compensation and the situation was handled without issue. The unit itself could have been stocked better. There were few cooking utensils and not enough dinnerware for 6 people. Also no bbq tools which made bbq'ing steaks a bit tricky. The Westgate itself was a terrific facility and the staff tripped over themselves to make your stay enjoyable. All in all I would highly recommend renting this condo.

Excellent access to the Canyons. Perfect cozy room with fireplace and patio. Excellent amenities including spa and fitness. The room is located with very easy access to the store and canyons village area. Short walk to the gondolas and food options. Fitness and spa facilities were very great. The sauna feature in the shower was great after a cold day on the slopes. Fireplace goes on with a flick of a switch :) Shuttle service to downtown Park City makes it easy to explore. Excellent service with Westgate. We will be staying in this room again!

Location Great Time to Update!

We have stayed at the this location and really enjoy the property and service of the Westgate staff. The unit and the general spaces of the property are really starting to show age and need to be updated as it no longer seems clean and aesthetically pleasing.

Great location - simple walk to the slopes

This unit in the Westgate property is well appointed and incredibly close to the slopes at the Canyons. Check-in with Westgate folks a little challenging, and parking is not wonderful. Aside from that, great condo and I would definitely stay here again.

Comfortable, Clean, Spacious, Well-Equipped Condo with Wonderful Owners

My husband and I recently spent five days in Park City, and we were able to bring our little dog with us! The owner was wonderful to work with and even allowed us a later check-out than we'd anticipated. Overall, this one-bedroom condo is well-equipped, very clean and in an excellent location in the resort community. High-end kitchen appliances made the kitchen fun to cook in - the bathroom was spacious and included a steam shower and a huge jacuzzi tub. The bed was extremely comfortable. We had plenty of towels, blankets and sheets, which is always important during a longer stay - and having a washer and dryer in the unit was especially convenient. We love sitting outside and reading during the day and used the balcony quite a bit. It overlooks the "play area" (basketball, small playground, tennis courts and pool) so there were moments were there was some volume due to happy kids and families playing together. The resorts laundry room is directly below the unit so there was some noise outside from that, but in the evening, it was extremely quiet. We'd definitely recommend this location!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this condo managed by Luke. He was very accommodating and helped us get an early check-in and late check-out! The location is great once you find the shortcuts by the Marketplace to the village and gondola.Interior re-done with nice appliances.
