It has all you would think of to have a comfortable and happy time in Edinburgh. It is very central to the old town and all Edinburgh attractions. It is cosy and in same time has lots of space to fit up to 12 persons comfortably in 5 bedrooms with 7 beds and three bathrooms. The house has a hot tub and mini gym to make sure you have the best time! NO PARTIES

Not Clean enough for our standards....Mold and Mildew

The hot tub room wreaked of mildew and mold when we entered...we could not use the room or the exercise equipment. This was pointed out to the owner...they simply sent someone in to turn on an exhaust vent inside the room....the mold and mildew were still there on the treadmill. There was a ball of hair left on the tub, long black hairs all over the steps going upstairs and garbage was piled up outside in the dumpsters. This was a nice size facility, but was not clean by our standards. There is no air movement within the facility....only hot water heat. When we stripped the beds, the mattress are stained and low quality, without mattress pads or liners. They smelled dirty/sweaty. Cost for this unit was way too high for the conditions and cleanliness!
