The bedrooms are most attractive and comfortable. There are four bedrooms: The master bedroom has a king-size bed with ensuite bathroom, and 3 twin bedded rooms. One of the bedrooms can be zip linked to form a king size bed. One of the twin bedrooms does not have a window. Sofa bed in the sitting room for 7th and 8th person. All linen, towels and bedding are included.
The apartment is conveniently located for access to the vibrant city centre with it's unique New Town and charming Old Town. It is also served by the Airlink bus and only a few minutes walk from Haymarket Railway Station. There is one parking space provided free of charge. Additional cars can be parked on the street (metered), or in local NCP car parks.
Nearby amenities include supermarkets and restaurants and the apartment also benefits from private parking and use of a roof terrace with views of the castle and a swimming pool and sauna.
Dogs are welcome by prior agreement. There is a charge of £10/night per dog, payable on arrival.

Excellent place to stay, 6 minutes from station and trams, so city centre easy to get to.
Beautiful, clean apartment, kitchen has everything you could possibly need. Shops including takeaways nearby.
Station and trams nearby. Trains are cheaper than the trams and more frequent taking you to centre of Edinburgh. If pool out of action, beautiful Victorian pool 3 minutes in same road with good sauna, and good showering facilities.

Excellent stay in Edinburgh
Our party of seven adults had a wonderful time at this apartment in Edinburgh. It is in a lovely location, near shops, restaurants and bus stops. It was very clean and well styled as well. Agnes & Fredrika were excellent hosts and offered excellent communication and were ready to help us if needed. I highly recommend this property and the hosts. 10/10 would highly recommend!

Excellent place to stay
This home was amazing. We were there for 10 nights with 5 kids and it gave us the space needed to settle. It was cosy, clean, and the host was really kind and easy to contact. The pool was an added bonus for our young son and it was a quick walk into town for the teens. Loved it and would recommend to anyone visiting Edinburgh.
