Villa Clara is located on the slopes of one of the hills overlooking the Sienese Valdichiana and gently sloping downstream. This beautifully restored farmhouse is set in a quiet and panoramic position, a stone's throw from Lucignano, a small village in southern Tuscany that is one of the most extraordinary examples of medieval urban planning. Its fortunate geographical position, in a dominant position on the Valdichiana and on the road between Siena and Arezzo, has made it strategically important since ancient times and has marked its history as a medieval castle strongly disputed between the neighboring territories.
Independent villa sleeps 6 + 2.
GROUND FLOOR: large porch furnished with tables and chairs suitable for outdoor dining, kitchen / dining room with fireplace, bathroom with shower and large living / dining room with fireplace and double sofa bed. From the living room leads to the large terrace facing the pool.
FIRST FLOOR: two double bedrooms, bedroom with two single beds, bathroom with shower and bath, toilet.
The beautiful villa is immersed in the typical Tuscan countryside, among cultivated fields, vineyards, olive groves and woods. All around a large enclosed outdoor area, furnished with garden furniture and barbecue. Behind the house, in a sunny and panoramic position, there is a swimming pool exclusively for guests. Near the house but, with independent access, there is also the owner's house, which will be at your disposal to find quick solutions to any need that guests will have during their stay.

Swimming pool fenced on three sides (6x12 m, depth from 0,90 to 1,60 m), non-exclusive fenced garden, outdoor chairs and tables, porch, terrace, barbecue, Wi-Fi Internet connection, foosball, satellite TV, fireplace, equipped kitchen (fridge with freezer, dishwasher, toaster, American coffee maker, microwave), washing machine, iron and ironing board. Pets allowed.


Arrival: in the afternoon between 4 p.m. and 7 p.m. - Departure: in the morning between 8 a.m. and 10 a.m.

Wi-Fi Internet access. Swimming towels
Swimming pool and garden maintenance
Bed linen and bathroom towels (initial set).
One Baby bed (children up to 3 years) on request at time of booking.

NOT INCLUDED IN THE RENTAL PRICE:
Breakage deposit Euro 200 (payable in cash on your arrival and held by the owner for the duration of your stay).
Obligatory final cleaning Euro 120.
Heating Euro 6 per m3 (if used)
Pets are welcome on payment of Euro 5 each per day.
It is not possible to charge electric cars at the house, but at the charging stations located a few kilometers away.
Wood Euro 15 each 100 kg (if used).

Payment by bank transfer:
a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the booking will be requested upon confirmation of the booking.
Payment of the balance is required no later than 45 days before the start of the stay.

Cancellation policy:
-30% of the rental price for cancellations received up to 45 days before the stay.
-100% of the rental price for cancellations received between the 44th day and the day of arrival, and in case of No Show.
