Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was a nice stay just steps away from the public beach access. The home was clean and had the basic amenities for a week's vacation. We appreciated the frequent and clear communication during and after the booking process. The covered parking and exterior hose was also a nice feature. For some constructive criticism, it would have been nice if the carpet upstairs had been updated and the kitchen had some newer frying pans. But neither of those were major issues and we enjoyed our stay.

Reviewer Comments: The location was great, the rooms were good size, master bedroom was amazing with its own balcony, overall we had a great time.However, when we got there it wasn't clean.There were dead roaches in the living room by the balcony door, dead roaches on the bathroom floor downstairs, broken glass in one of the cabinets and master bedroom where my husband and I slept had a yellow stain on the fited sheet so we had to wash them before we layed down. Other then that it was great

Steps from the beach

We travel to PCB frequently. This was a great property for our group. The parking was very convienient. It really helped to have 3 full bathrooms after beach trips. We would definitely book this one again.

Great House and Perfect Location

This house is very nice and has all you need. Close to the beach, 10 minutes from Pier Park and only 2 minutes to a grocery store. It has a neighborhood feel to it and the area is quiet and safe. Perfect for families.

Close to the Beach!

This house was right across the street from beach access which was really important to us. It had plenty of space for our group of nine. I would’ve liked a few more amenities (chairs, games etc), but we really had a great time.

Quiet and comfortable

A perfect house just far enough from the busy strip. Grocery and other stores within minutes. Easy 5 min walk to the beach. Highly recommend.

Our family had a wonderful time in PCB! The house was just steps away from our old beach house we owned years ago. It was like a walk down memory lane. The location is just perfect. Amenities of the house provided everything we needed for the week. We will definitely be back! I would recommend this place to anyone.

Perfect bachelorette stay!

We stayed here for my friends bachelorette, it was a very lovely quiet neighborhood and the beach access is so close and convenient. Had to travel 15 or so minutes to get into actual PCB but it was fine. Only complaint is no fans in the room but no biggie :)
