About this property

Central penthouse with private hot tub and views

In the heart of the town centre & a short walk to the racecourse, this penthouse has stunning views of Cheltenham and surrounding hills & a roof terrace which has a private hot tub.
Free secure on-site parking is available. The apartment has 50" flat screen TV with sports and movie & sports channels at no extra cost.
All guests welcomed with bottle of Prosecco, tea/coffee, milk etc

There is one larger bedroom and one slightly smaller one, incorporating a super king bed and double bed, respectively. These have comfortable quality pocket-spring mattresses, dressed with soft-touch sheets alongside hypo-allergenic duvets and pillows, ensuring a perfect night's sleep. Also supplied are complete Egyptian cotton towels. Single folding beds can be added if required
Access and entry is all coded (so there is no worrying about keys!). Details of this are included in your welcome pack.

Entire apartment, private roof terrace, private hot tub, secure on site car parking

After booking, and closer to the time of your arrival you will be sent a short video which clearly shows entry, access, and car parking, along with your unique entry access codes, making self check in a breeze.
I can also be available if required to personally welcome you, and I am always on the phone should you have any questions.

Located in the town centre, overlooking Cheltenham High Street, and just a short walk from all the Bars Restaurants, and shops. The Racecourse is also only a short walk (in a straight line) and the apartment is on the main drag between the town centre, and the Racecourse. Once you have parked in the on site car park you should find no need to get your car out again until you check out, nor will you find the need to call taxis!

Free on site parking for one car.
There is also a 24 hour payable car park directly opposite the building
In the event of a fire exit the building and wait in the car park opposite. Do Not use the lift. There is also a fire exit as you exit the flat to the left at the end of the corridor. So there is an exit at both ends of the corridor as you exit the flat.
The electricity fuse box is located on the right as you walk into the apartment, above the airing cupboard door
Mains water tap is located inside the airing cupboard
Heaters throughout, each one is controlled by a switch next to it.
Hot water switches in the airing cupboard, on the right. It will be switched on constant for you.
First aid box is in the kitchen drawer should you need it.
There is a fire extinguisher on the wall in the kitchen in case of an emergency.
T.V
The TV is a smart tv. You can watch catch up on there
So there are two remotes, one for the TV and the other for satellite

You will be supplied the code with the door entry codes.
Iron, ironing board are in the airing cupboard.
Fridge, dish washer and washing machine are in the kitchen. Detergent, and dish washer tabs are also supplied.

No smoking or vaping in the apartment. Smoke alarms are fitted throughout the building.

No glassware or smoking in the hot tub. Always cover the hot tub immediately after use to keep the water warm, and clean.
You must always shower before and after using the hot tub every time to reduce the risk of infections, and to keep the water clean.
NEVER add any chemicals, soaps or foaming agents to the hot tub as this will cause it permanent damage

Great location but shame about cleanliness

This is a lovely apartment in a great location within walking distance of town centre. On our arrival though there were several areas which were not very clean including the floor in the kitchen and stains on some of the furniture. The mirror in the main bedroom did not look like it had been cleaned in weeks and there were hardly any hangers. The car parking space is very tight. The hot tub was very clean although some of the outside space needed a clean up.
