The kitchen area is fully equipped with modern appliances such as oven , dishwasher and fridge/freezer , ideal for preparing delicious meals even during longer stays.
The private bathroom is equipped with all the necessary amenities for a pleasant stay, complete with modern sanitary ware and a shower.
The apartment includes all the essential services : air conditioning for hot Milanese summers, free WiFi , washing machine and television for moments of relaxation. The property is for non-smokers only to ensure a healthy environment for all guests. To ensure maximum comfort in compliance with local and condominium regulations, services are available during the following periods:

Heating from October 15 to April 15.
Air conditioning from 15 May to 15 September. Any changes depend on the provisions of the condominium or on municipal resolutions.


City Tax: € 9,50 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 14 nights
