Stunning Penthouse in the best location with wonderful sea and golf course views:
Top Marina by SolymarCalma is located in the private luxury complex, 'Pueblo Majorero', located in front of the sea, in the tourist area of Caleta de Fuste and with sea view, mountains and golf courses that you will not forget.

This stunning penthouse of 80 m² and a lot of luminosity is accessed by lift, it has two bedrooms, one with double bed and the other with 2 single beds. It also has two bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with satellite TV and high quality Wi-Fi. Outside there is a 20 m² terrace with artificial grass, from where you can enjoy magnificent sea views, the golf course and the mountains..... where the sunrise will be an unforgettable memory. On the terrace and up the spiral staircase there is a small solarium with two sunbeds so that you can enjoy your stay privately.

The communal areas of this fantastic complex are quite spacious and have a communal swimming pool, children's playground and garage in the building.

A short distance from the complex is the promenade that leads to the area of Caleta de Fuste and just 5 minutes walk from restaurants, cinema, shops, the two golf courses in the north and most importantly THE BEACH. Everything is close by, so you can make the most of your time visiting this marvelous island.

Highly recommend this property.Great views of the Sea,Mountains and Golf course.Good location close to beach,supermarket,shops and a few restaurants.Nice walk along coast path into Caleta de Fuste where there are lots of bars and restaurants.Number 3 bus stops close to the property,which runs from the airport.Would definitely stay here again ??

Very nice apartment, shame about noise from planes!

Nice clean, modern apartment. Only downside for us was that it was on the flight path and we had to listen to noise from planes flying directly above- not exactly what you want for a relaxing holiday. We wouldn't stay again for that reason.

Perfect place

We are a couple in our early 80s who enjoy walking. The complex is perfectly placed for walks and evening strolls by the sea. With plenty of cafes and restaurants to stop for coffee and an evening meal. Also a shopping complex and supermarket. The apartment is well equiped with everything you need. Cleanliness of apartment and complex are exceptional. We found javier the host more than helpfull. We will definitely be retuning.

The place as well as the hosts were fabulous, we had a lovely time. The apartment is modern, comfortable, sunny, has a beautiful terrace with a great open view. It already looked great on the photos, but in real life it's perhaps even nicer. It is in very easy reach of the beach, restaurants, shopping, is right next to a golf course, has it all. I hope to return myself and I recommend this apartment for others, you will not be disappointed. The hosts were also very kind, helpful and friendly, they offered to book us a car and took care of everything, made our stay really easy. Thank you Javier for your warm welcome and all the help!

Decima volta a Fuerteventura. Ottima scelta il vostro appartamento. Il complesso è quasi nuovo, tranquillissimo, arredato ed accessoriato con gusto. Posizionato tra il mare e i campi da golf, vista mare addirittura dal letto ! Secondo piano con ascensore e 2 terrazzi privati di cui, quello al piano, ben riparato dal vento. Pulizia, tranquillità, letti comodi, servizi vicini. Non ultimo, un ottimo rapporto qualità / prezzo. Indicazioni complete e molto semplici, in ogni caso il responsabile JAVIER sempre disponibile, gentile e sollecito. Speriamo di tornare presto. Ma con recensioni così troveremo libero questo appartamento? Consigliatissimo

A fabulous sunny apartment with the added bonus of a private solarium and uninterrupted sea views. The apartment is modern with contemporary furnishings, and well equipped to meet holiday needs. Location is excellent with easy access to all local amenities. Booking system was straightforward with Javier promptly addressing all queries - efficient and professional. I would highly recommend this apartment and booking through Javier and will definitely book again some time in the future.

A fantastic apartment in a lovely location with views from the balcony and roof terrace of the sea, Salinas golf and mountains. The balcony is very good size and benefits from the sun most of the day but if you want some shade, then there are 2 canopies. The apartment was very clean and has all the facilities to make you feel at home, the lift is an added bonus especially after a long day out. You are only a 5 minutes walk to the beach and the Atlantico centre, where you can find a large supermarket, shops & a selection of bars. If you want to go into the centre of Caleta then it is a 25 minutes walk along the front or 3 euros taxi ride. We would certainly recommend this apartment for a peaceful and relaxing holiday and we will hopefully be returning next year.

L'appartamento è molto bello e nuovo, equipaggiato per un soggiorno confortevole. Il letto molto comodo e la terrazza con vista mare, sono un valore aggiunto. La posizione del residence è vicina alla bellissima spiaggia de la Guirra e la passeggiata lungo l' oceano verso Caleta de Fueste è di solo 15 minuti. Il centro commerciale dove fare la spesa è a solo 5 minuti a piedi. In ultimo vorrei fare i miei complimenti a Javier per la sua disponibilità e professionalità.

Very nice and well presented apartment in an excellent location. Balcony gets the sun most of the day (the roof terrace is an extra bonus). The views from the terrace are outstanding and a great position to enjoy a glass of wine or beer in the evening. The underground car parking with elevator almost directly to your door is also a great bonus. I would recommend this apartment.
