About this property

Ideal for families or anyone wanting spacious accommodation ideally located within Arundel, on the edge of the South Downs National Park.

The River Arun runs alongside the house and a 5 minute walk finds you in the town centre with local pubs, restaurants and of course Arundel Castle.

The house boasts two parking spaces, two lounges and a great outside space with decking and BBQ. We can easily accommodate 8 people with a travel cot available on request. We are also pet friendly!

Great property for our family of 6 adults and child

Had a great stay for a family wedding at Goodwood House. Location is quite with view of cathedral. Our 2 year old granddaughter loved the great selection of toys. The whole family thought the house worked really well for our group. Thanks Rachael and Emma

Arundel short break

Nice long weekend with family, based at this property. Good location for getting into Arundel town centre and to other places. Easy access to river to walk the dogs!

Fantastic property for stay in Arundel, not far from Fontwell racecourse

A fantastic, clean and well equipped property. The house had plenty of space for the 4 adults staying and was an easy 10 minute walk into town. We went to Fontwell Racecourse while we were there which was an easy journey! We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect house

We stayed here for two nights to celebrate the start of our 50th birthdays. 5 of us in the house and cannot fault it. Communication was accurate and clear. The house was in perfect condition and less than ten minutes into town. Would 100% recommend
