The reception area opens to a dining space with a table that seats 4-6 guests. The stylish, fully equipped kitchen is ideal for preparing family meals, while a utility room and ground-floor cloakroom add convenience. At the rear of the house, you’ll find a small outside space for a breath of fresh air, and just steps away is a larger communal garden with views of the River Arun.
Upstairs, the first floor boasts a large, elegant bedroom with a king-size bed and a family bathroom featuring a bath, sink, and toilet. On the top floor, a second spacious, characterful bedroom with a king-size bed provides a peaceful retreat and is a wonderful addition to the Laura Lye Holiday let portfolio of Arundel Cottages.
This cottage is dog-friendly for well-behaved pets: £27.50 for stays of 3-7 nights and an additional £27.50 per week thereafter. Please note that pets are not allowed on furniture, upstairs, or left unattended.
