About this property

The Collector's House is one of the oldest properties in Arundel, in part dating back to the 16th Century and has a rich and varied history. As befitting a town that once had more drinking houses than any other in England it has been a public house and in more sober times has been a part of Arundel's thriving Antiques trade while now is a book shop. There are rumours it also had a priest hole during The Reformation and a passage direct to the Castle!

The kitchen has been fully modernised with sleek, contemporary fittings, while the rest of the home remains sympathetic to its historic origins, preserving the warmth and authenticity of the period features throughout.
The living space is bright and welcoming, ideal for relaxing and socialising after a day exploring Arundel’s shops, cafes, and riverside walks. A second flight of stairs leads up to the bedroom level, where three well-proportioned bedrooms and thoughtfully designed bathrooms await.
