What makes this spacious studio apartment unique is its location, which offers unobstructed views of forests, meadows, and mountains that can be admired through the large windows. The renovation has made the apartment functional and modern while preserving the charm and warmth of the fir and larch wood. Despite its compact size, it features a kitchen area equipped with an oven and an induction cooktop, and the bathroom includes a washing machine. There are four sleeping spots: two on the 160x190 double bed in the bedroom and two on the comfortable sofa bed (140x190 when unfolded). The large windows open directly onto the private garden (unfenced) and the valley meadows. Guests have access to a ski storage room with an electric boot warmer and a private outdoor parking space. Additional public parking spaces are available just a few metres away in the hamlet of Valt.

Wonderful stay at Falcade

It was avery pleasent stay in the very new and cozy apartment. The owner Anna was helping us with everything we asked and gave us good advices for trips and welcome presents. The apartment was fully equiped wirh everything you could need and had a wonderful view to the hills. I can highly recommend and .
