Murky property managers

It was the worst onboarding process I’ve ever had! There were 4 different agents that I’ve had to communicate with in order to get into the house. One of them told me that it’s cheaper to work with them directly than through VRBO. The house itself is nice but there is no parking on the property and I’ve had to leave the car on the street.

Hello Maxim! very disappointing to see your review! you accidentally booked 2 houses for the same day and you found out it on the day of arrival,actually you were on the way to the house! you asked to cancel the booking when we actually were waiting for you at the house,we arrived especially for you and we didnt agree to cancel because when we received your reservation we rejected another reservaion,you even had the option of finding a tenant in your place and getting the full amount of money. this is not truth that 4 different agent talked to you,first time,immediately after the booking you talked to our marketing agent then i was talking to you all the time but you decided from some reason to call us both at the same time despite i was always avaliable. you didnt park on the street you parked in the parking lot of the house. it is very disappointing to receive such a response from you . we wish you good luck!
