The property was designed in 1889 by eminent Hove architect and builder John T. Chappell.
It has many historical features left within the property including coving, feature fire places, stain glass windows and parquet flooring.
It has a large garden with seating and bbq, a spacious living room area and three generous bedrooms (two being ensuite).
The beach is only across the road, and it's ideally suited for staying in Brighton & Hove.
