Starting one week before arrival, you’ll have access to a dedicated concierge available in Italian, English, German, Spanish, and Portuguese to answer any questions about the apartment or the area. Our concierge will welcome you in person upon arrival, accompany you to the apartment, and be available throughout your stay. At check-out, they will be there to say goodbye and ensure your experience was perfect.Check-in is available from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM; for arrivals between 7:00 PM and 11:30 PM, a €50.00 surcharge applies. A security deposit of €100.00 is required, payable by cash or credit card at check-in. If paid in cash, the deposit will be refunded via bank transfer within 3 working days, assuming no damage.
