Amazing apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms located in a completely new building, very close to the center of Granada.

Upon entering the apartment we find a hall that leads to the living room. It is a spacious and bright room that has a sofa-bed 1.35 m, an armchair, a 44-inch Smart TV and a dining area with a table for six people. The living room is very bright thanks to a balcony that overlooks Calle Nevot, a very quiet street.
The kitchen, open to the living room, is equipped with everything you need to make your stay more comfortable.

Next to the kitchen we have one of the 3 bedrooms, with a 1.50 x 1.90 m double bed. Continuing down the hall, we find the second bedroom, with 2 single rooms of 0.90 x 1.90 m. Next to this room, is the first full bathroom with a shower.

At the end of the corridor is the master bedroom, with a 1.50 x 1.90 cm double bed, and a full en-suite bathroom with a shower.

The property has hot and cold conditioning through radiating floor in all rooms, which will undoubtedly make the stay more pleasant.

The building has private parking at a cost of €12/night, exclusively for guests, subject to availability and with prior reservation. There is also a common laundry area, free for guests to use.

The area of the apartment, located next to Campo del Principe Square, is one of the most emblematic and charming areas of Granada and is located in the old Jewish quarter of the city, known as El Realejo.
The privileged area of the apartment will allow you to enjoy the city and all the tourist attractions of the center just a few steps away.

** For monthly stays, water and electricity supplies will be included up to a maximum of € 100 per month. If the expenses are higher, the guest will have to pay the difference. The corresponding invoice will be sent by the accommodation to the guest to verify the expenses**.

During your stay, the access to the property is limited exclusively to the number of individuals specified at the booking process. Consequently, entry to the property is strictly prohibited for persons not registered as guests. Failure to adhere to this rule will result in an additional charge amounting to 50% of the total cost of the stay as a penalty, or alternatively, immediate expulsion from the accommodation.
