It is an older home and I understand that, but there were cobwebs in the shower, so I’m not sure when the last guest was there. All of the doors stick. The description says put in the keypad code then turn the bolt lock. There is no bolt it’s just a door handle so it took us 15 minutes to get in because the door sticks so hard. The bedroom doors all stick but other than that the place is comfortable and convenient. It does not have a washer and dryer, which is very inconvenient for bathing suits and towels but otherwise OK.
Everyone had a great time exploring the small town and relaxing at the hot springs. The house we stayed at was also fun. We loved the small house and it’s homey feeling.
Everything was exactly as it stated in the listing. Loved the white board in the kitchen listing things that were broken at the time, the WIFI etc. Will book agian if we come to Lava.

Convenient Location
Nice little place. Could use some adjustments on the doors to open and close easier. That's the only issue we had.
