The villa features 5 elegant bedrooms with air conditioning and heating, including three with en-suite bathrooms with showers, one family bathroom with a bathtub, and an additional toilet. It also boasts a spacious light-filled living-dining area and a fully equipped modern kitchen. There is also air conditioning in the living room/dining room.



Its design revolves around a spectacular pool that seamlessly connects the interiors with sun-drenched terraces, a stone solarium, and lush gardens.



Just 5 minutes by car from the sea and 3 minutes from Pollença’s historic center, this villa provides privacy and tranquility, making it ideal for families or large groups.

Perfect…

The villa was amazing. All on one level which was ideal for the children. The location was brilliant and even though it was quiet close to a main road you could hardly hear the traffic. Dickinsons were so helpful and professional. Loved it and wish I was still there

Super family holiday

We have absolutely loved our stay. Everything was great about the villa except all bathrooms probably need renewing. Out of the 4 showers only 2 worked properly making it tricky when getting ready with 10 people. Everything else was super. Size, location, outdoor area. Would definitely returnn

It could have been brillant but…

The villa is well located, half way between Pollenca and Port of Pollenca. It is spacious with a lot of light. The outside part is nice and well organised around the swimming pool. The kitchen is well equipped The beds are goods The villa needs a serious refurbishment. There is a lot of small disfunctioning items (door handles, seats, lights etc…) There are signs of water damage in the master bedroom as the the flooring is buckling. The hot water system is clearly undersized compared to the size of the house. It is impossible for the complete household to shower after a day at the beach.

Our stay at the house was very very good! The house is beautiful and it has everything you need. Very close to a beach and nearest city and 3 minutes away from groceries stores. Very peaceful and silent, despite the fact it is located next to a road. We would definitely recommend this house to everybody and stay here on our next vacation. But please read and answer your email that we’re send by us.. Thank you for your trust! See you next time! The service and the answer rate of the team were not great. We never got an answer on our emails and the departure Email was send to us 3 days later..
