Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Very nice place to stay. Plenty of beds to fit a family of 7, with a bed for everyone. Games were especially nice. I like the soaps they leave for us. The only thing I can complain about is the light bulb in the ceiling fan was out so at night and the morning we only had lamps and the restroom light. Also a few small roaches down stairs near the bathroom.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The location was great for us since we like to fish and go to the beach area. The beach entrance was right around the corner and it gave us access to fishing at the Packery (sp?) On top of that, we wanted to have access to a pool. Well...all we had to do was open the backdoor and the pool was right there. Also, the larger pool was one building away. Hopefully in the future they will add bbq pits to the smaller pool area but that would not hold us back from renting again. The townhome was very clean, lots of room, very relaxing...just simply amazing! Whoever rents it in the future..please take good care of really is a gem!

Perfect location!

We have stayed in this community in the past and just love the location. This rental was wven better as it had a patio door opening right out to the smaller pool and playground for the kids.

Probably won't use Padre Escapes again

After being reassured multiple times that our rental would be cleaned and ready upon arrival... It was not. We arrived, waited, and watched as two hurried people from Padre Escapes showed up to quickly clean before we are allowed in (total time there inside was 15 minutes. No idea what they actually did). I called multiple times and finally got through to someone by 4:15. "Sorry we forgot to give you your check in code". We have a strict check out... But we had been sitting outside in our vehicle during a rainstorm.... Waiting for them to remember to give us a code? They are clearly too busy to give guests better service. Our rental was fine. There was trash in a bathroom and the kitchen had minimal cooking supplies. We've definitely had better and been served better.

Outstanding!

I couldn't say enough about our stay! Property was super clean, it was wonderful to have washer/dryer onsite when you are a beach goer! The kids absolutely loved the splashpad, and you'll notice from the pictures that this particular unit is right there on the pool, right next to the entrance so it's quite literally just out the door. I truely hope we get to stay here again!

Great weekend

Had a great stay. Loved the location to beach and easy access to everything on the island. Noisy neighbors on the final night but loved the amenities and the condo was clean and comfortable.

Great Place to stay

For a first time renter we were very hesitant. But this was about absolutely perfect. We arrived early and they made sure they prioritized us to have our room early. The property was clean when we walked in and looked just like the pictures. The property is in a perfect spot, with a pool just outside the door. It was very nice. Cable and high speed internet. 3 TVs in the house everyone was happy. Having 3 full baths is a huge plus.

Overall we enjoyed our stay, but we found the property to be lacking some basic kitchen items and not as clean as we would like - especially the floors. We will definitely consider staying here again in the future, as the issues were minor but if addressed would definitely improve the stay.
