This beautiful stone house is in the Konavle region. It's built in traditional Dalmatian style, with wood and stone. The sunny, spacious villa comes with 2-terraces with a nice view of the surroundings, the private swimming pool and the garden. The property is suitable for several families or groups of friends. Your pets are also welcome!

The Konavle region has cycle paths and paths for tourists and mountain climbers. The old town of Cavtat is just 8 km away and the city walls of Dubrovnik are 18 km away. From this house, you can easily reach the small town of Cavtat, the island of Lokrum, Montenegro, the vineyards of Konavle or the village of Cilipi.

The pool is equipped with sunbeds, parasols, an outdoor shower and a seating area. You can also relax in the spa bath.

On request, the owner can arrange a fast transfer to the airport, just 5 km from the villa.
