Beautiful period Henley 2 bed apt with gated parking for 1 car
A beautiful mews development in the centre of Henley with gated parking. A first floor Georgian apartment with 2 spacious bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a sofa bed in the sitting room to sleep a total of 5.
A perfect place to stay for couples, friends or families. It looks out onto Market Square but the flat has sound insulation so very quiet. The property could not be more central! You are right in the middle of it all, but equally 5 minutes from the river and the beautiful surrounding countryside.
Henley has a number of restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and pubs - all on your doorstep and Henley Regatta is walking distance from the apartment.
This mews development has recently had a complete renovation so you will benefit from stylish modern living throughout and is super spacious. It has 2 carpeted bedrooms:
Bedroom 1: large with an en-suite shower/WC wet room and is at the back of the property (King size bed)
Bedroom 2: overlooks Market Square. It can be set up as 2 single beds or one king size. There is an additional shower room/WC.
The kitchen is brand new and fully fitted with granite work tops and integrated appliances. Bosch oven, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer. electric induction hob. It also had an Insinkerator (food waste disposal unit) and a hot top for your tea/coffee.
There is private parking with automated double gates which open into a paved driveway.

Hello! I am married to Mark and we have two school-age boys and live close to Henley on Thames. We have both lived in cities (London & Bristol) for many years but decided to move out to the countryside. I worked for a newspaper for 7 years and during that time, found a love of yoga and have been teaching for the last 18 years. Since the pandemic, we have decided to take advantage of living in this beautiful part of the country and rent out this fabulous property in Henley as we love this town. I love managing the property and am on hand to help guests with any queries or questions they have.
Why they chose this property
This property is perfect for couples, families and friends' get togethers alike. Not only is the apartment furnished with all the modern appliances you need, it also has style. It has Georgian features and is right on Market Square so could not be closer to restaurants, bars, the main hub of the town. Having said that, it's extremely quiet as it's been fitted with special acoustic glass to reduce noise. It also comes with a private, gated parking area which is rare for Henley.
What makes this property unique
Many guests that have stayed at our apartment have attended the Henley Royal Regatta, Henley Festival, Henley Literary Festival and Rewind. A number of them tell us the location of this property is perfect. It's within walking distance from the river and local supermarkets so nothing is very far away.
