The apartment is a modern interior space that was gut-renovated and redesigned in 2021. The apartment has a private garden, a washer and dryer, dishwasher, full bathroom and queen size bed. The apartment is situated on the nicest block of Greenpoint, Brooklyn in a quiet pocket of Brooklyn just half a block from historic McGolrick Park and a 10 blocks to either the Graham stop on the L train line or the Nassau stop on the G train stop. (or 15 blocks from the Bedford Ave stop)
