With private access to the white sandy beach. The bedroom has a king size bed w/dresser, smart 50” TV, walk-in closet, and full bathroom. The living area has a smart 55” TV, a queen size sleeper sofa, and half bathroom. Amenities include: outdoor pool, BBQ area, washer/dryer facility per floor and a covered parking space. The condo has brand new furniture including the mattress and sleeping sofa, a full equipped kitchen, all linens, beach towels, beach chairs, cooler. Walking distance to restaurants.
Additional one time fee of $150 US is required when submitting lease application to Tradewinds of Marco Condominium. A Refundable deposit secure fee of $200 US is required when booking through VRBO.
