The living areas include a kitchen/diner with seating for six people, an electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer and washing machine, and a sitting room with a Smart TV and electric fire. The bedrooms consist of a king-size, double and bunk bed, along with a bathroom. Outside, there is a rear garden with furniture and barbecue. Within 0.3 miles, there is a shop, a pub within 0.2, and a beach within 0.7. Please note that this is a pet-free and non-smoking property. WiFi, fuel, power, bed linen and towels are all included in the price. Explore Devon's renowned coast with your loved ones at the Keeling. Please note: Parking permit for 1 car only, this is a digital permit. We will require you're car registration before arrival.

Parking for 1 car is available. To organise this, you will need to contact us with the following before your arrival:

a) Make and registration of your car
b) Your name and the dates of your holiday.

When guests arrive at the property, the car permits will be placed in the kitchen.

Please note: Additional parking is available @ £25 per week, which allows you to park at East Devon car parks.
