A separate, spacious kitchen diner offers a more informal setting for cooking and eating, fully equipped for everything from quick breakfasts to long, sociable meals. Just off the kitchen space is a snug, perfect as a quiet retreat and for relaxed movie nights. The ground floor also benefits from a large boot room, complete with butler sink, bespoke cabinetry, practical storage and a built-in dog bed, along with a convenient downstairs WC. The entire downstairs area is warmed throughout by underfloor heating for toasty tiles under feet.
