The main floor consists of a large living room with smart tv, a porch terrace with sea views, a fully-equipped kitchen, a semi-exterior dining area, the master bedroom with a full private bathroom with shower and bathtub, a second double bedroom with direct access to the porch terrace, and a full bathroom with shower.
The villa is surrounded by a private terrace, which includes a swimming pool with shower, a covered seating area, sunbeds, and an exterior dining area with a large BBQ.
There is private high-speed WIFI and air conditioning. The area is exclusively residential and very quiet, but also at a walking distance from the shopping and restaurant areas. It is about 1 km from the Meloneras beach. Access to the highway is 300 meters away and the airport is 20-25 minutes away.
