Description
Flat with two bedrooms and two bathrooms in the heart of the city, next to Plaza Cataluña and Paseo de Gracia, two of the most important attractions and the best areas of interest. The Gothic Quarter and the Born are only 5 minutes away.

It has Wi-fi Internet connection, air conditioning and safe.

The bright living room has a comfortable sofa, which converts into a bed, with flat-screen TV, tables and chairs.
There is also a fully equipped kitchen.

It has two bedrooms with double beds.

The bathroom is finished in white marble and has a shower.

The flat is provided with towels and bed linen on arrival.

This flat does not have private parking. However, there is a public car park within 250 metres of the flat.

No parties or stag/hen parties are allowed.

The tourist tax is not included in the price of the flat. It costs 6.05€ per adult per night up to a maximum of seven nights.

Our Reception is located at number 1 Passatge Sert, where you can pick up your key between 9.00 and 20.00 from Monday to Friday (except bank holidays from Monday to Friday). If your arrival is on Saturday or Sunday (or a bank holiday during the week) the key collection is at 228 Aribau street. The opening hours are from 09.00 to 20.00.

Check-in after 21:00h is done in person at the flats and has an extra cost of 30€.

Clean, close (and courteous)

This is a great apartment - clean and spacious place with all you need, plus convenient to the Plaza de Catalonia. Quiet, safe and complete. Also, the folks at Ola Living are helpful and friendly. A perfect combination.
