About this property

A large 3 bedroom villa with private pool, 4 bathrooms and a roof garden, situated just a few minutes walk from the famous Green Bay beach, shops & restaurants. Just a small ride with bus or car to Protaras resort center and Fig Tree Beach. A fully equipped air conditioned villa with open plan living, dining and kitchen area. 3 bedrooms all ensuite and a pool shower.

BEDROOMS: All bedrooms with mattress & pillow protectors and pillows for each bed.

KITCHEN: Fully equipped - including fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher, oven, hood and hob. In the pool area there is also an open air pool kitchen.

BATHROOMS: Each bedroom with its own bathroom with shower, extra bathroom with shower on ground floor and a pool shower. Hot water with high pressure.

LAUNDRY: Washing machine, iron and ironing board, clothes drying rack.

TVs: 42 inches Smart TV with free Netflix and Youtube.

WIFI: Fast WiFi throughout the villa. The WiFi is steady and fast and its a private connection solely for the villa use - no other villas in the complex share this connection. It is possible to connect your laptop or desktop using a broadband cable if you wish (not provided).

UNIQUE FEATURES: Large villa, private pool, walk to the beach, ensuite bedrooms, sofa bed in living room.

OTHER: A daily electricity allowance of 30 kWh is included; if the allowance is exceeded, an additional charge of €0.40 per kWh will be applied. Meter readings are taken on both arrival and departure days.
